Since ROSEYS are 1 of 1 and central to THE EXPERIMENT, please take care when arranging shipping and awaiting delivery. Each pair is irreplaceable.

> Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on weekdays ship same day.

> Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship next business day.

> Orders do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

 

 

U.S. Shipping

 

> Standard: 3-7 business days

> Expedited: 2-3 business days

> Express: 1-2 business days

International Shipping

 

International shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

> Europe: 5-10 business days

> Australia/Asia: 7-14 business days

Tracking

 

All orders include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your ROSEYS ship.

 

 

Signature & Insurance

 

Given the one-of-a-kind nature of ROSEYS, it is highly recommended to add a signature for delivery at checkout. ROSEYS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been scanned by the carrier. Carrier insurance is automatically added to each delivery and is the responsibility of the recipient to pursue claims for missing packages.
